Step 1: Feeds

FitMyType recommends a size from the product's size chart and from what shoppers kept or sent back. So it needs three kinds of data from your store. It only reads them; it never changes your store.

Products

Each product with its reference, title, category, image and its sizes (variants), with stock. The product reference is the value you later put in the widget's productId, so both must be the same.

Orders

Each order line with its product, size, quantity and price. Orders let FitMyType learn which sizes fit and show sales in your dashboards. No shopper name, address or email is needed.

Returns

Each returned line with its size and, when your store records one, the return reason ("too small", "too large"). Returns teach FitMyType which sizes run small or large.

On Shopify

Connect your store once and FitMyType keeps products, orders and returns in sync, including your full order history. Follow Connect Shopify, or install the FitMyType Shopify app, which connects for you.

Other platforms

Feed files for other platforms are not published yet. Until they are, your FitMyType contact sets up the import with you.
