Account terms

The service

FitMyType (legal company name to be confirmed) gives you a free account that keeps your persona (your bodies, usual sizes and fit preferences), so the FitMyType size tool on any shop you connect can use it. How we handle your data is in the account privacy notice.

Your account

• You must be 16 or older.
• One account per person. Keep your sign-in methods to yourself; tell us at once if someone else used your account.
• Enter your own measurements, or those of someone who agreed to it (for example a child you buy for).
• Do not misuse the service: no automated sign-ups, no attempts to reach other people's data.

Size advice

Size advice is our best estimate from your data and the shop's size chart. It is not a promise that a product fits. The shop's own return rules apply to what you buy.

Ending the account

You can delete your account at any time on your account page. We may close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why, except where the law or a security risk does not allow it. We may change these terms; a change that matters is shown to you before it applies, and you can delete the account instead.
