Troubleshooting

Pick what you see. Each page lists the checks in order, with the page that fixes each cause.

• Widget not showing: The size button does not show on a product page.
• Events missing tracking_id: Cart or order events arrive without a tracking_id, or do not arrive.
• Wrong size selected: The widget recommends one size but your size picker selects another, or the sizes look wrong.
