Widget not showing
Open the product page, then the browser console (F12). Go through these checks in order and stop at the first one that fails.
-
The page loads sr.js (or sdk.js) with no error in the console's Network tab.
A typo in the script URL, a Content-Security-Policy that blocks our hosts, or a cache buster added to the URL.
-
The page has exactly one <fmt-size-recommender> (or one createWidget call) where the button should be, with clientId, productId and language set.
A missing required attribute stops the button; the console names it.
Fix: Widget attributes
-
The page's domain is in your shop domains in the back-office.
The widget answers only on your own domains, so a preview or staging domain shows nothing until you add it.
-
The productId is the same reference as in your catalogue, and that product has a size chart.
A product FitMyType does not know, or one without a size chart, shows no button on purpose.
-
On Shopify: the Size recommender block is in the product template you are looking at, and the theme is published.
Each product template needs its own block.
Still stuck? Write to your FitMyType contact with the page URL and what the browser console shows.
